Do they really?

Being too careful, too curious, too paranoid, too much of every little thing.
I never got an answer, and it seems like, the less stupid thing to do is to convince myself that we are all the same. I've regretted many times, unfortunately, doing things out of the norm, which is far from the person I actually am.

This is just another emotional entry which I don't expect anyone to understand. I should just listen to more sad songs. K.

Two-zero-twelve: Oh I feel old.

Hi guys, it's 2012! (apocalypse or no apocalypse, please shut up already).
As in last year, I told myself I would learn to be a little bit more modest, wake up early in the morning and work out at least 4 times a week, be more serious in life, aim high, fight the obvious laziness in me, etc. etc.
And guess what? *drum rolls*

Nothing happened! Ha-ha. Yeay me! I shouldn't have put exercising as my resolution because I knew it wasn't going to succeed. Yeah well, it's okay to aim high right? Right?

*Silence*

Anyway, I ended 2011 pretty good though. I lay in bed and stared at the ceiling till the clock struck 12, grabbed my phone and texted Syafiq a happy new year wish, put it down, waited for a reply, and fell asleep. It was indeed a productive new year celebration, don't you think? No?
Truth be told, I don't like celebrating new years outside, like gathering in the crazy crowds. I hate crowds. And I hate traffic jams. Crowds make me feel as if I'm a goldfish inside a goldfish bowl. Without water inside. That is why I had only celebrated new year outside once in my lifetime. Once and I wouldn't ask for more. And okay, all of these aren't important at all -.-

So my new year resolution isssssss to get married. Hahahahahahaha oh shut up. But before that I have to stop day dreaming for a while and focus on my exam which will be starting in 2 days time. Pray for my success please :)

Another resolution: To love cats, especially kitties.

Why do obsessions ever exist?

I hate it when I'm obsessed with something. Although it does have a positive side, the negative effect seems more obvious. When I was obsessed with Supernatural, I spent most of my time in my room, watching the series non stop. I forgot to eat until my stomach had to give warnings, I performed my prayer few minutes before 'waktu solat' ended. I even completely forgot about it for some times. Look what the entertainment leads us to.

I don't know about you, but for me, when I have a major obsession towards movies or TV series, I just can't stop myself from thinking about it. And every time I almost run out of the series I love, it saddens me greatly. I usually save the last episode of that series for later because I don't want to finish it. I don't want it to end. I just wish I could have a continuous supply of those series until I lose interest in them. I just wish the story doesn't have to have an ending. I wish there are new episodes coming out right after the last episode ends. You get what I mean? Please say you understand what I'm talking about. I don't want to be the only lunatic here -.-

So right now I'm in the middle of study week, and I have developed an obsession towards........The Vampire Diaries not long ago. It distracts me from staying more than 2 hours in front of my desk, what do I doooooooooo? Getting rid of it from my mind is one tough job I tell you. And for that matter, I decided to make a negotiation with my own self. We; me and my own self, had agreed to the term and condition of the deal we make. I stay focus for at least 2 hours, and as a reward to that, I can watch one episode. Or maybe two. It depends on the input of the revision -.-
But but but the thing is, after doing that for 2 days now, I just have 4 episodes lefttttttt with me now. Awesome. I'm afraid I'm gonna cry.
Goodbye, please do not disturb my grieving process.

Brogues and Oxfords.

I discovered the existence of oxford shoes and brogues only in the mid of last year. The first time I laid my eyes on them, which was on lookbook, I didn't like them much because I thought they looked hideous. So I never bother buying them, nor looking for them in any shoes stores available. I couldn't possibly understand why they were in trend at that time. Fashion is just weird sometimes, you know.

Then only early this year I started to develop my interest towards them which I don't know how. I don't think they look funny anymore, well, some of them do, and I think they actually look cool if they are well matched with the apparel. Although I don't think they will still be in style in 2012, I don't really care because I'm not someone who always follow the latest trend and stuff, I don't dress to impress people, and I don't worry too much about what others think of, as long as I'm comfortable enough with what I'm wearing. What's the point of wearing something in trend when you don't like it, right? The feeling is like, being forced to marry a handsome guy whom you don't love. Of course, you will get compliments from others on how lucky you are to have a handsome husband, but inside your heart, you know you're not happy. *Why on earth I always give examples that are all about marriage? Batman, I wanna get married. Hehe
Ehemm. So, you get my point?

Anyway, back to the shoes topic. I own two so far, in nude and brownish orange. And I don't think I'll buy more after this because my mom will probably lecture me since she knows most of my shoes' life span is less than a year. It's either I lost interest on them, or they just vanished -.- Oh well, my latest resolution is to keep my shoes in a good condition, as long as possible. Haha resolution macam ni pun bolehhh.

I'm allergic to Najwa Latif. Eeeeeeeeeee I just can't stand listening to her songs.
And no I'm not jealous or anything. I just can't accept her songs because I think they are just sooooo lame and I can't even understand the lyrics and what she's trying to convey.
Eventhough we are actually from the same hometown, I'm not proud of that. Like seriously.

People who don't give commitments.
I hate working with people who don't put their efforts in their tasks. Maybe I was like that too, once, the old me. But once I grow up, I realized that I couldn't be like that forever. Something has to be changed. I'm not a very hardworking person, truth be told, I'm more to a playful type. But then, I don't always play and take things lightly. There are times when you don't have to care so much about things, and times when you just HAVE TO be serious.

'Not good in English' shouldn't be your excuse for not doing your part of tasks. It is indeed one of the stupidest excuse I've ever heard. I know we are friends, but is it nice to ask your friend to do YOUR tasks just because you think her English is better than you? What's the function of GROUP WORK again, may I ask? I don't mind if your grammar is bad, or your sentence is not correct, believe me, my English is not that good either. If you just do what you could, I would have corrected it for you. But what really makes me annoyed is you didn't even put your effort to do it. It's not like you don't have textbooks and can't read at all, for Goodness' sake.
This is not the first time, in case you don't remember. How could you depend on me too much? Even if my English is slightly better than yours, so what? Does it mean I understand everything? And that I have to do all of it? And yes, today you all did it again. I was in pain, and wasn't in the mood, and yet I was the one looking for the answers for the questions that are supposed to be done together. And none of you offered me a hand. What do you think I am? A robot with no feelings?

We are friends, and friends don't take advantage of each other. I was so annoyed this afternoon that I could barely able to talk to any of you because I don't want to fight or anything. But dear friends, please keep in mind. I may look patient, but if you take advantage of me for some times, I may lose my patience too. And you don't want to hear me rant in front of you. Because when I do, I can be very bitchy, mind you.
Sooo, I'm sorry for writing this. If you read this, then please give your commitments. And if you don't, well I guess I'll think of other solutions later. Anyway, I apologize in advance.

I've been wanting to buy one of these, either the lomo or polaroid.
Lomo is way cheaper anyway. The best thing about lomo is that we don't have to worry about setting the aperture or whatsoever like those DSLRs, it's all about the fun of capturing photos we like and the art of it. I must say, I like polaroid better because of the instant photos. Hehe they look so cute! I'm sooo gonna get myself a cute polaroid when I have the extra money. Or when my dad agrees to buy me one.

What happens next.

You know, sometimes I wonder about my journey in this world. If this is what happened today, what will happen tomorrow? If this is for now, what's next? How ready am I to face the challenges? How prepared am I now, if tomorrow happens to be my last day? I've lost count of how many sins I've done. And as much as I'm worried and concerned about it, I, as a humble human being, keep making new ones everyday. It's not that I don't care about my wrong doings, like they are no matter to me, and it's not that I'm not afraid of the judgement day. I do realize that life is short, and time waits for nobody. I tried to change myself for the better. But I guess it wasn't hard enough. Because in the end, I became the same person as I was. A sinful person that keeps making sins, no matter how small. And I'm on my way to change it.

But anyway, everyone has their own way of dealing with what seems to bother them. And so do I. Which I pretty much prefer to not tell anyone. Let's just say, if people are doing sins, it doesn't mean they're not doing any good deeds right? Like the story of a prostitute who gave a drink to a dog, using her shoes (is it? I can't remember well). And in the end, she went to heaven. You see, it's the intention that matters.

I don't want to write more on this, because I know I'm not in the place to talk about something like this. And I know this kind of thing is quite sensitive to some, which may offend them. I apology in advance.
Anyhow, everyone is making sins. You can't just judge them with what you see. You wouldn't know what those people really do in their lives. You wouldn't know how many amal they do, although they look nothing like people who deserve respects from others. I still believe in the phrase 'don't judge the book by it's cover', although it seems nonsense because in reality, the outer DOES matter. But well, it depends on how you judge it.

And to those people who think I'd lied to them when I said I wanted to change (you know in what terms), I'm sorry, but I haven't lied about that. I still want to. You know, friends should give courage to each other, not badmouth about them on your blog, nor make them annoyed with you questioning them about what they suppose to or shouldn't do. There are many ways to give advices, without offending them. Take note about that, alright friends? :)

Hello readers.

Sooo mid exam is done. I can't say I'd done it very well, but I kinda have a good feeling about it. Let's just hope it turns out excellent. I wish.

Anyway, raining season is back. It rains cats and dogs here in Kelantan and my uni is flooded. In some areas, the water level is above the ankles, which is still acceptable. While certain areas especially outside the gate, the water level raised to the knees. Even the car tires are drowned and the water is flowing inside the cars. I hope bf's car is fine -.-

One of the things I hate about flood is of course, the dirty water. Its like a mixture of whatever things in the drains, cats' poop, dead animals, and even the things inside the loji kumbahan. Gross. Imagine now. I have to wash my feet with Dettol each time I go back to my room because the water causes itchiness and gives me rashes. I know everyone else is having the same problem as I am, so I'm not complaining.
The next thing I don't like is getting the bottom of my pants or kain wet because of the flood. It's so uncomfortable having to go to class with wet clothes on. The same goes to shoes.

And another thing I don't like is how certain guys keep staring at the girls' legs when they pull up the bottom of their pants or kain to avoid them from getting wet. I mean, it's not the girls' intentions to show them off right? So why do you have to look? Some of them are careful about their aurat and all, but they don't have choice under this condition but to pull their kain up. Pity them. You don't have to be that desperate you know guys? -.-

Anyway, that's all for now. I have loadssss of works to be done. Till my next post. Toodles :)

Am I really difficult to hold a proper conversation with? I think I'm such a weirdo that even my bf doesn't know what to respond to what I say sometimes, and just changes the topic instantly. It's really frustrating when he cuts off a certain mood I'm having at certain moments that it makes me think maybe I'm a boring person to talk to. The same goes to a few of my other friends including John when we talked about some topics until the point when he replied with a 'yup' and that's it. It seems like there's nothing else worth saying to me. Sigh. I'm a weirdo -.-

Anyway, I'm having a midsem test this week. 3 papers coming. Human Resource, Finance and Tourism, be good to me.

Hello people :)

I know, it's been a while since my last update. Truth be told, I kind of lose interest in blogging these days. And any other social networking sites too. But then I stick with FB still, for the time being and will probably deactivate it anytime soon. Probably. (It's hard though :P)

So, I don't really have anything nice to share. Just typing for the sake of killing time. I'm currently at Damai Beach Resort, Desaru. Can't remember the last time I went here. It was like, 14 years ago? Nama je duduk Johor. Sad thing right? -.-

The hotel is so common, nothing interesting. I'm now lying in bed, tossing and turning around while everyone else is sleeping soundly. Blame my runny nose cause I have to blow it like every minute to get rid of the *you know what* and this is really annoying. I have a lot of other things to do rather than blowing my nose every min alrighttt.
And what more, the air-cond temperature is freaking cold and I couldn't find the freaking remote to increase the temperature. Duh, my nose is in pain.

Anyhow, I'm going to close my eyes and try to sleep.

Oh btw I want to say a zillion thanks to my followers. Although I don't write something useful for you guys, and I have nothing interesting to share, and my blog is so boring as you can see it, you still follow me anyway. Thank you :)

Not that talented.

Not all of us are born genius. And not all people are born talented. If we know we're not one of those chosen ones, we sure have to work hard to get what we want. We might think it's so unfair, that some people can do something we can't, and some don't need to struggle as hard as we do to get there. But God is fair and never be one-sided. Nobody is born perfect. We always have something that differ us from others. So be thankful of that :)

Life is short, learn whatever you want to learn because someday when you get older, you would probably regret what you'd missed. If you want to learn piano, go on. If you want to learn guitar, go ahead. If you want to learn other languages, just do it. It's always you who have to decide, not your parents, neither do your friends. No matter how hard it is, no matter how bad you tried, just hold on to it. And you'll see the light afterwards.
Orang cakap, bersakit-sakit dahulu, bersenang- senang kemudian. Why 'bersakit' and not 'bersedih' or 'bersusah'? Because in my opinion, when you feel the pain and you see how hard yourselves work, you won't stop until you reached that particular level you want to achieve. It's such a waste to give up after all those pain right? So keep working on it. Your success worth all the pain you suffered.

I actually get the idea of writing this entry after reading something on my friend's wall on FB. She mentioned something about how she tried to play guitar but ended up hurting her fingers, and how she feels like it's almost impossible for her to be good at it. I get her feeling, I truly get it. Because that was exactly what I felt the first time I tried to play guitar. But believe me, you'll make it. I still remember how hard I practised, I work my fingers on the guitar everyday until the four fingers of my left hand hurt like hell, and they started to pecah-pecah and became really thick and rough. But I kept on practising and ignored the pain. And that's how I succeed in the end (I can't believe I call it a success when I can't even play barre chords. Haha). I mean, that's how I can play. Not succeed, scratch that. Then I faced the second stage of difficulty, which was to play and sing at the same time. It sounds easy but if you try it yourself, it really isn't. But I worked on that one too, in like, 2 days. Non-stop. And I finally made it. I'm not trying to boast here, I'm just sharing with you something you might need. You don't want to regret it later do you? Think of it this way. In 20 years time, someday, you'll see your children or grandchildren maybe, playing guitar and are great at it. It might occur to you, "I would have been this great if I worked just a little harder". Won't you regret it?

So dear friends, don't easily give up on something. Who knows you'll be better than anyone else? This is actually a reminder to myself too. So all the best to us! :)

Novels make me happy.

Just ordered another 4 novels online: two Sophie Kinsella's, one Cecelia Ahern's and another one is by Dorothy Koomson. They cost about RM 140+ if I buy them from bookstores, but guess what? I get these 4 novels for only RM 65! It's like half of the actual total amount. What a good bargain. I'm so happy :D
However, they are second-hand items though, which are still in a good condition. As good as new ;) They're just novels, so as long as they can still be read, how can I not buy them? Hehe. Pay less, read more :)

You can always buy them online from ebay, or from this website, smalltown-books.com or any other online stores and blogshop. So check them out. You'll probably find something you like :)

Friends like friends should be.

Friends. I have quite a number of friends. But to be honest, I don't really have bestfriends. Maybe I do have, but it's just something that's written on a paper. You know, like those bestfriends' names in biographies we used to write during our childhood time? Yeah, that. I still call her my bestfriend up until now, just because I feel like I have to, and it might be awkward if she knows I don't call her my bestfriend anymore. The truth is, we never talk to each other anymore, no stories, gossips and stuffs, let alone meet up. No we're not fighting. We're just busy with our own lives, never bother to contact each other and just let the friendship faded. I'm not someone who always ask how my friends are doing, what they do and whatnot, mind you. So it's partly my fault. But she should have done something too at least, right? If you ask me now who my bestfriends are, I would answer my sisters. And boyfie of course. I would rather be cursed not to have any bestfriend all my life, than having to lose the strong bonds between me and my sisters, or having to lose him. I'm thankful enough to have them in my life, although I don't have any other bestfriends.

But don't get me wrong. I love my friends, really. I have a few close ones too, regardless of their origins and dialects. I can be friends with anyone, as long as we can click together. But you see, it's not easy to satisfy every friend of us. And it's even harder when those friends are girls. Girls are more emosional and create dramas most of the time. They, wait, I mean we, are sensitive that we are easily touched about something, even between our own friends. Cakap salah, tak cakap lagi salah. And not each one of our friends are being totally loyal to us, right? Somehow, they might accidentally gossiped about us with their other friends. Girls are like that, aren't we?

To me, it's easier to be friends with guys. Not that I'm saying guys don't gossip or are any better than girls, but at least they are less emotional. They won't get too offended if we say something offending, and they don't have much dramas going on too. I guess that's probably why most of my friends who are still keeping in touch with me, no matter how long we have been friends, are guys. Like seriously. If you read my inbox, you'll only see my family members' names, coursemates' and my guy friends'. I'm so thankful that boyfie is not a jealous type of person. Maybe he does feel jealous sometimes, but he doesn't really show it (like what my cousin Faisal told me). Call me gedik, call me stuck up, I know it's not proper to be close with other guys when you already have someone special but he knows me better. I just feel it's easier to be friends with guys. I mean, the real FRIENDS and not the I-love-you-but-you-don't-love-me-so-we-should-be-friends type of guys. Get it get it?

You know, sometimes I miss being my old self. Quiet, and just keep everything to myself. If I were a Scientist.

If I were a scientist, like Professor Agasa in Detective Conan who can invent anything that he wanted, no matter how illogical it seems, I would create a pair of mentally useful microscopical glasses. And this pair of glasses, it won't come cheap. They are going to be rare, and only those who really in need deserve them. This pair of glasses is for you to see. See the blotches of ugly thoughts in people, see how black their hearts are, see what kind of evil manipulation is running through their minds, see how not pretty they are on the inside, eventhough they are on the outside. Everything would have been easier if we could actually read minds or see the inside of people isn't it?

It's reality, there will always be two-faced people all around you. They seem nice in front of you, act like they are your most worth trusting friends. But we are too 'you seem nice, I trust you' to suspect anything. Just wait until they spread bad words about you without you even notice.

If you are clever enough, you don't actually need to be a scientist to make this pair of glasses.

So much as I do, people are hiding their glasses somewhere, and I think it's time for them to start looking for them and wear them tight, so that we can all start to learn to value the internal of a person already.

What can I say. I reaaaally like this song.
Finally. There's a patriotic, yet unboring song created. Haha

I think this song really does make a different after all. I mean, just look at my little cousins, aged 5-11.
There are 6 of them. Everytime this song appeared on TV, they would all gather in front of it and sing along to the song. It's just so nice to see kids as small as them actually have interest in this, y'know? :)
Kids like it, teenagers like it, even adults too. Of course, just liking it is not considered as a complete success yet, but at least it is attractive and interesting. Just like what I said in my previous entry, when we're interested in something, everything seems easier.
Maybe this one too. Maybe now the kids are just interested in the song but don't have any idea what is it about, but someday they will probably get it. So I consider that a success.

French Kiss.

It's already the second day of the third sem. New block, new roommie. I don't quite like this block I'm staying in. But on the bright side, my room is on the ground floor and this block is nearer to the campus.

Anyhow, I'm taking French this semester. I was supposed to take Mandarin as I already registered Mandarin before, after putting a lot of efforts. But due to the poor system of Universiti ________________ (insert name here), we had to register it again which means we had to struggle hard to get onto the busy website and berebut with hundreds of other students. And Mandarin was full in a split second. Shit. Oh sorry, I promise that will be the last 'shit' I write here. Not so many choices left, but at least French is better than Khmer (anyone knows what language is this?!), or Vietnam. Or Thailand.

I'm not saying other languages are bad or not worth learning, no. Every language has it's own uniqueness, I believe. But for me, it's important to have interest on that subject before you can actually learn well and score in the exam. Yes, we can develop the love and interest later, but then it takes time and needs hardwork. It's like, getting married with the person you're not in love with. Sure, you might fall in love later, but it takes time and each person has to put a lot of efforts to love the significant other and be loved back. Get what I'm saying? Haha perlu ke bagi contoh kahwin -.-
And I personally want to learn a language that will give me advantages in future and can be used here in Malaysia. But looks like I have to kahwin paksa with French and fall in love later. Universiti ________________, JE T'AIME. Thank you for complicating our lives.

Last weekend I went to KL again with the whole family and beraya there. I can't remember how many times did I go to KL in this 4 months holiday. KL is like my second home you see. Teehee.

Mr. Awesome went to the house to meet my whole family. He did meet part of my family before, but didn't get the chance to get to know each other. So I invited him to have lunch there, together with the rest of my family. He wasn't looking nervous at all, which seemed abnormal to me. Haha. How can you not feel nervous? -..-

Anyway, talking about him, I find this so cute. Hehe.
Man Utd fans? Haha. Aren't guys look so adorable when they hold kids? :3

Mr. Awesome kinda made a good first impression I think. Being able to talk without making it awkward, he sure had some topics in his head. How I wish I'm that talkative. I really have to practise talking to adults a lot, since my communication skill isn't so good. Maybe I should find a few makcik makcik anywhere soon and befriend with them? Makcik cleaner in my university perhaps?

So, I'm back home now. Went out with my brother and his girlfriend yesterday to get myself a new phone. I really didn't know what phone to buy. I'm a big fan of Sony Ericsson, since they have better cameras. I'm so into phones that capture quality photos. But looking at the models they have nowadays, I had to rethink of my first plan of buying Sony Ericsson's. The models didn't manage to catch my eyes. I don't know, maybe because I had already fallen in love with Blackberry designs, that's why. Although knowing that Blackberry camera sucks, it didn't stop me from ordering it anyway. Can I just blame anyone for my greed? -.-

I only have a day left before going back to Kelantan :(

Today is already the 2nd day of Syawal. Yesterday was pretty much the same as last year's raya. The obvious difference was that I woke up late as if yesterday wasn't a special day -.-
And this year I only bought a pair of baju kurung. Not glamorous, just a simple Japanese cotton one. I don't know, I just don't feel the passion of shopping for raya and things like that. Considering that we are not going to beraya anywhere this year, and I'm not going to wear baju kurung often, I don't mind about my baju raya anymore. Not like the past few years when I got so excited to get a unique kurung or kebaya just to show off to relatives. Haha bad attitude. Simple is just better sometimes :)

As usual, all the 4 families gathered at my house. And another side of relatives came as well. Then we had tahlil at home di pagi raya like always, bersalaman dan bermaafan, duit raya (the most important part), ketupat and all. For me, the best thing about raya besides the angpau is for sure, the foooood. I love ketupat. Give me pizza or any other western food, I still think ketupat is like the most delicious food I've ever ate. Hehe. I ate a lot :3
Trust me, when I say a lot, I really mean A LOT.

We didn't take family photos though, sad thing. Just camwhoring using someone's phone. And oh, have I mentioned that I broke my phone? Poor phone, only lived for about a year and 2 months. Sob. To those who sent me raya wishes through sms which I didn't reply, I'm really sorry.

I don't feel good tonight. Having too many things running through my mind, it kinda affects my mood. And this sorrow I feel, it just keeps coming back as much as I want to drown it. I admit, being in a place of a total different calibre than before, the feeling sucks. It was worse before, because I felt degraded and stupid.

Coming from one of the top schools few years back (1st ranking in Johor and top 10 in Malaysia during that time *if I'm not mistaken), that unsaid and invisible expectation was hung up high. But I didn't hit it. I didn't. I screwed up everything. And now I end up being in a university that nobody in my previous school would have ever thought about or heard of. So that was me, previously proud and honoured to be part of the big blue family, that place where all the students were so f-ing motivated, be it for inter-class stuff or external competitions, that place where you don't have to be told what to do to know what to do, that place where everyone had the same goal in mind: TO SUCCEED. But in the end, I ended up being the minority few who failed to achieve the goal we worked towards for.

While the majority of them, they are now studying or going to study abroad; Ireland, Egypt, UK, USA, Germany, Australia, India, etc. you name it, and also top universities in Malaysia. And here I am now, LITERALLY in a shithole compared to them. What's the use of regretting it now, right? I know. And I admit that I used to think my current university is a piece of crap, considering none of the people here had ever heard of the name itself. Neither did I. The feeling of being the inferior and looking up in envy to the others in much better places is just...pathetic. I had my share of it, probably had enough. And then I learnt, I've been to the top and bottom, and the inner self never changes as much as the attitude does, so I don't see why we should see ourselves as different beings of different calibre.

I think it's about time for me to stop complaining. I was in a top school before, but it didn't really guarantee anything. It didn't bring me to the top and it was all because of me, not the school. You see, even if you're in a top university, it wouldn't guarantee you'll succeed. And vice versa. It's not the place that matters, but the intention. And this time, I'm setting my intention right. We are the same and it's up to us on how we choose to ride the world. It's up to me, and I'm not living for anybody else. And no I'm not degrading my uni, and not gloating over my previous school's achievements either. Just want to make myself clear that there's really no big difference wherever I am, as long as I do it the right way.

It was my turn to take care of my dad the other day because mom had to get back to work. So I stayed in the ward for the first time in my life since I was born. Haha. I was glad that the ward is clean and comfortable, the toilet is clean too, equipped with hot shower. Hot water is important, as I can't stand the cold from the aircond. I can't even stand 20 degree C. Oh wait, I can. But only for like, 15 minutes. Yes, you read that right. 20 degree C isn't that cold for some people, but for me it is. I'm kind of sensitive to temperature. There were times when I got drenched in sweat due to the hot weather while others didn't find it that hot. And there were times when the rest were enjoying the cold while I was all freezing. Dan tu diaaaaa I accidentally went out of topic cause this entry isn't supposed to be about the weather and sensitivity whatsoever -.-

And it's not about the handsome doctors I saw either. Tapi nak cakap jugak, ada doktor handsome tau. Hehehe. Doktor cantik pun ramai sampai abang I yang pemalas terus menawarkan diri nak tidur ward -.-
But he didn't. So I stayed there and it was boring yelah hospital kan, bukan shopping mall kau nak enjoy. I spent most of my time observing people and my surrounding. The doctors and nurses are very polite and friendly. The service is good. Not as what I usually heard, nurse ramai rude, doktor berlagak, etc. Words spread fast. So takde ruginya kalau anda bersopan santun, berbudi bahasa, beramah tamah dengan pesakit kan. They'll tell people who will then tell other people about it and the cycle goes on. Siapa famous? Kamu dan hospital kamu juga. And it is not only applied for doctors and nurses. The same goes with children and parents, students and lecturers, employees and employers, etc., go figure it out yourself :P

Back to my story. I had difficulty to sleep there. Maybe because it was a new place to me, so I could never sleep for the first night usually. Or maybe because it was too cold for me and I didn't bring my blanket. Or maybe because I didn't feel comfortable with the sleeping position as I had to sleep on a chair. Or maybe because of the distraction, the sound I heard outside, etc. Or maybe it was all of the above. I finally fell asleep for an hour at last, after staring aimlessly at the ceiling for I don't know how many hours. Oh by the way since when do I have the courage to stare at the ceiling at night? I don't even know -.-
And the good news we got the next morning, my dad could be discharged that day :) Which was yesterday. But he has to come back on Monday for the operation on Tuesday.

One.

My dad involved in an accident yesterday :(
He was sent to Hospital Pakar Sultanah Fatimah, Muar. Okay I have no idea why did the ambulance send him to Muar when Hospital Batu Pahat is nearer. Long story short, he's now conscious but has to stay in the ward for a few days. Alhamdulillah there's nothing serious so far. No serious broken bones except a minor fracture of bones around the eye (I don't know what bone is that) and a fracture of jaw bones that needs an operation, a few scrapes, cuts and bruises and loss of teeth. It breaks my heart to see him there, as he had never been admitted to a hospital before. And my mom, being a good wife like a wife should be, takes a leave of absence from her work to take care of him. The house is incomplete without both of them. Get well soon, ayah. May you be healthy like you used to be, insyaAllah. We will pray for you.

Two.
I woke up this morning and found something really frustrating on facebook.
Male students from FASA, FTKW and FKP 2nd-4th year are going to move to this so called Asrama Cemerlang in Kota Bharu. While female students from FTKW 2nd-4th year will be moving to Asrama KPTM in Padang Tembak.
And the rest will be staying in Pengkalan Chepa like always, with the juniors. Maka ramai lah yang terpisah dengan kekasih hati including me, yeay -.-
Macam mana nak dinner sama-sama? Macam mana nak lepak dengan classmates the whole class kat court malam malam? Macam mana nak buat group assignment kalau dah jauh? Macam mana mereka yang single nak usha bakal gf/bf? Macam mana nak study sama-sama kat library at night? Macam mana nak mintak tolong lelaki if anything? Macam mana? :(
And the new hostel? There will be 20 people in a room. Kau ingat ini asrama sekolah? Okay seriously, this doesn't make sense. No privacy, big chances of losing their stuffs, no study environment. Macam mana Syafiq nak gayut dengan I nanti? Cakap sepatah 19 orang dengar. Haha awesome -.-
But on the bright side, everything happens for a reason. Hikmahnya maybe nak suruh senior perempuan tackle junior lelaki, while senior lelaki takde chance nak tackle junior perempuan :P

I want this house to be full again, like the past two days when all my siblings were here and we broke fast together. Can't wait for Raya :(

P/s: Watching how the doctors work, I know being a doctor is never easy. They have to sacrifice a lot of things which not all of us are able to do. That is why I always admire doctors, taking into account that 2 of my exes were in this medical field. Teehee. So to my future doctor-to-be friends, stay strong and enjoy helping people.

Assalamualaikum and hello readers.

Tiba-tiba je ada intro beri salam and all, tak pernah pernah. Haha
Well, this is my first entry in this holy month of Ramadhan, so it's like a good intro to begin with :D

So today marks 11 days since Muslims began their fast. This is my first time in 5 years I've got the opportunity to spend the whole month of puasa with my family. Sweeeeeeeet :)
And August means the 4th month of my holiday. The longest holiday I've ever had so far. Yeay me -.- Breaking fast with family is the moment I always look forward to, especially when all my family members are there. And the most havoc buka puasa to me is during the last day of puasa where all my pakcik makcik sepupu sepapat gather altogether (please excuse my sentence, sometimes using rojak language is better to describe things. Teehee). Riuh bukan main. Biasalah bila makcik makcik gather kan, what do you expect?
Begitu juga dengan budak- budak kecik yang tak puasa tapi sibuk nak buka puasa mengalahkan orang berpuasa itu sendiri. Nak itu, nak ini, kalau tak dapat melalak. Menguji keimanan.

However, I really miss puasa in boarding school few years back. I still remember the time when the juniors had to go to DM (dewan makan) after going back from class just to place a sticky note on the dining table menandakan 'ITU DORM AKU PUNYA PORT, KAU CARI LAIN LAH SHOO SHOO'. And sometimes they booked the table for their classes if they want to break fast with their classmates. Like '5 GIGS PUNYEEEEE OKAY (30 org)' misalnya. Annoying gila kan nak kena kira 30 kerusi pulak baru 'oh okay sini dah boleh duduk'. Get what I mean? Get it get it? So the early birds got the table they wanted. Me and my dormmates usually preferred a table that was far from the lelaki. Why? Simply because we were shy and wanita melayu terakhir. Okay tak baik menipu di bulan puasa. Supaya apa? Supaya kalau nak makan dengan amat gelojoh sambil usha lelaki kesukaan tidak lah memalukan sangat. Haha. Okay that was me not them -.-

I miss the bazaar too. Everyday there was a small bazaar inside the school compound, in case the students wanted something else besides the food provided in DM. I miss Ustaz Amran's burger. Burger beliau memang terbaik I tell you. And I liked this thing called kurasan made by Kak Na. Menatang apa kurasan tu? It's a fried burger bun with minced meat and mixed vegetables inside, covered with popiah skin outside. Ianya rangup di luar, gebu di dalam. Memang ummmmphh. Haha ayat. I found something similar to this in some bazaar here and pasar malam in Kelantan, but the taste isn't the same. Kak Na's is the best. So lebih kurang cenggini lah rupa dia.

There was a bazaar in front of the school but we weren't allowed to go outside, what to do. Tapi pelik macam mana budak lelaki selalu terlepas. And I used to get food or drinks from one of the budak yang terlepas tu. Rezeki jangan ditolak. Hehe
After buying drinks or whatever from the bazaar, kitorang pegi DM amik makanan to avoid a long queue. Sambil tunggu berbuka, masa dimanfaatkan dengan berborak & usha orang. Jangan tiru saya.
Another thing I miss is tarawih in the school's surau. Usually we headed to surau after performing our Maghrib prayer in the block's musallah. So while waiting for Isyak, some people were busy reading Quran and solat sunat or hajat. Some were busy chatting with friends. Not forgotten, sleeping. Tak perlulah tahu which category I fell into. Haha. My favourite imam was a male junior. Suara dia sangat lah best & merdu, mengaji pun sejuk telinga mendengar. Bila dengar suara dia jadi imam terus "yeahhhhhhhh ni yang semangat ni! 20 rakaat pun sanggup!". Can you see how the imam easily affected me?!
Oh tak boleh, Syafiq baca ni. Tak boleh jadi. Erm tapi mestilah suara Syafiq paling sedapppp! Haha cover line.

So that's pretty much it. Fasting at home and fasting outside home are both fun to me. I enjoy breaking fast with a large number of people cause the moment is just priceless :)

My definition of Beautiful, Cute, and Hot.

Beautiful, cute and hot. As much as they are often used to describe girls, these three words actually indicate different meanings. And they convey different messages to whom the words are directed to.

Beautiful to me is not entirely about physical aspects, although it is normally used to describe faces. To me, it also takes things like personality and values into account. It's not all about having red lips, sparkling eyes, smooth and flawless skin, and charming smiles; it's also about being caring, kind and considerate, honest, helpful, and other good traits. So when a guy says you're beautiful, it's pretty much about 'yourself' and not just your 'looks', and he might think that your beauty wouldn't fade. If a girl has a pretty face but a very bad personality for example, do you really think a guy will find her beautiful? To blind- hearted guys, yes, probably.
That is why for me, I would be very happy to get "you're beautiful" as a compliment from someone. It just feels good to get compliments sometimes, especially during those times you feel like you're at the least attractive moment. Although I used to deny it, 'alaaah mana ada', but yes I'm very happy to get that. I don't deny because I hate it, it's just a spontaneous act when I'm blushing. Hihi. Girls, I think you know what I mean, right? ;)

Cute. Cute is comel, comel is cute. Lol, wth. Okay, to me, cute isn't so special. Because we use cute to describe things, we use cute to describe cats and other animals, we use cute to describe babies, we use cute to describe guys, we use cute to describe someone's moves or behaviours, or anything. When you see cats, you go "alololo soo cute!". Then you see your favourite girl and you're like "you're so cute". Uh, what are you trying to say? That she's like, no different than cats?! Haha naah, I'm just joking. Don't get offended if you get a lot of 'cute' cause it isn't a bad thing :P
What I'm trying to say is, cute can be anything. So if someone tells me that I'm cute, I won't blush. Because it's just a common word, you know, it can mean your face is cute like so tembam macam baby, or it can also mean the way you talk is cute, it can mean anything.

Let's move to the third word, hot. Although some people say HOT is about the same as BEAUTIFUL, but to me they aren't the same. Hot is purely physical, and normally sexually. Like having a nice body figure, which I believe I don't have to elaborate here cause you know what do guys like, do you? And when you say hot guys, what comes to your mind? Those with nice abs isn't it? Ada kau terbayang Imam Hassan from Imam Muda?
Haipp, tu I cop. Haha. *Syafiq, jangan marah :P
To guys, if you're going on a first date like baru nak kenal, please note that some girls would find it scary if you use "you're hot" as a compliment. Like, seriously? I personally don't feel honored if some random dudes entah siapa- siapa nak "hey, you're looking hot". Okay anda boleh pegi jalan, memang tak layan. As if ada lah orang nak cakap aku hot. Ptuihh -.-
That's just an example. So basically you get my point.

Sooo, what's my intention of posting this entry? To get more people to compliment me?! Haha no. Just because. This is what I think and other people might have different views. So, who agrees with me put up your hands! However, it feels good to get all beautiful, cute and hot at the same time right? Muehehe :3

I have problems with my email account. Shoooot. It says that my account has been blocked because someone else has access to it and use it without my knowledge to send spam.
And when I was trying to enter my phone number so they can send me a code, there was an error. And I don't know what to do now. I neeeed to login to my email account as soon as possible to make payment for something I bought online. Their account details are in my inbox. Duh. Maybe I should try again tomorrow.

Boyfriend is away. Can't text nor call. Kinda feel awkward cause we used to text for hours everyday. Hihi. During holidays that is. So for a few days, texting and calling seem to be the least used features of my handphone. How ironic.
Oh by the way, I'm sorry to you readers if you feel disgusted or annoyed when I post something about my love life. Haha. You see, I use this blog as a place for me to type anything that comes up to my mind, to express my feelings and share my thoughts. It's not like I write every single detail of my private life here pun kan, so yeah you get what I mean. I don't think it's wrong to write it here, since this is my blog and you can choose either to read it or not to. If it's not here, I don't know where else can I pour my heart discontent. I don't post up mushy lovey dovey gedik gila tak tahan punya status on facebook, just to let the world know how much I love him or how happy we are. Macam cacat.

Is there any remedy for insecurity?

Sometimes I just never feel content enough with what I have.
I want these, I want those, I want a little bit of everything. It could be anything.
It could be somebody's voice, it could be somebody's perfect figure, it could be somebody's brain, it could be somebody's collection of things, it could be somebody's ability to do something that I can't. Well, basically anything.
And once I don't get them, it saddens me greatly.

I know I shouldn't be ungrateful. I know I have to learn to accept things the way they are.
I know I should think of the bright sides, and be grateful that I'm still luckier than somebody out there. But I'm just a normal, well, not-so-normal teenage girl (yes, note that I still call myself a teenager at the age of 20, who cares?) who has insecurity issues. I just can't help it. I don't have the willpower to stop harping on it :(
I know I should stop beating on my insecurities already, it's not as if I need any more harm done to my self-esteem.

Girls, we are all like this, aren't we?
Always feel down about ourselves, believe that we are not good enough. We get jealous easily when the others are better than us, and it's all because of our insecurities. So if you ever feel like that, believe me, you're not the only one who feels so. I don't know the method to cure this, but I always come up with my own way to make me feel better. Like, when I'm jealous of someone, I'll keep praising him/her, praise as in letting it out from my mouth, rather than just inside my heart. Although I'm in front of the laptop, and the person won't hear me, I just do it. Praise with a smile, repeatedly, until the point that I feel the honesty in me and the next thing I know, I no longer feel jealous with that person.

And there's another way that I usually do. I still remember this one talk about beauty I went when I was in PLKN. I can't remember where was it held, but it was outside the camp. The beautiful lady who gave the talk was talking about aura. Yes, we do have aura inside us. She said something about 'light' and that aura seems 'alive'.
I don't know exactly what aura is, you can google that if you want. But one thing I clearly remember is the tips, which I do whenever I'm unsatisfied with my look. When you're in front of your mirror, looking at your face and figure, praise yourself. Let out nice words to say to yourself.

"Cantiknya ________ (insert your name) hari ni!"

"Wow look at my thighs, they're smaller now"

"Eh muka I dah makin bersih la, berseri-seri plak I tengok"

When you do that, at the same time your aura will start to show positive light or something she said, I don't remember, which is what making you feel good and beautiful. It's better than giving comment tak membangun pada diri sendiri, like "Urghhh bencinya muka aku ni, apsal lah banyak jerawat" or "Apsal lah kau ni buncit ar perut?".
What can you get from that? You'll just make your feelings worse and menjunamkan your self confidence. See how can that relate?

So, whatever we feel, I think we should try to be grateful than ever. It's a note and reminder to myself too. Being jealous at people and wishing that we have their lives will not make us feel any better. And keep comparing ourselves to others does not make any good either. As long as we keep comparing, we won't be contented with what we already have. Just remember, as much as we dislike ourselves, there are probably people out there who envy us. Maybe we don't feel beautiful, we're not smart, or we're not rich. But who knows if there are people who feel like we're luckier than them, and wished they had our lives. And the cycle goes on.

And remember we always have Allah with us. Everything happens for a reason. He sure knows what's best for us.

You know what the truth is? I'm not really an outgoing person. Yes, I don't go out a lot, I just comfortably couped in my house. And it has nothing to do with my laziness and procrastination. It's not that I dislike going out, but I have to admit that I enjoy the serenity when I'm not surrounded by a crowd of strangers, the space I have to breathe in all the air, and the comfort I find in solitude.

I think my parents had done a pretty good job here. In my family, we girls don't go out at night accept with our own family. My dad always reminds us to be home before Maghrib, which is why my curfew is normally 7 ish, but later than that under certain conditions. I'm not complaining though, cause I know they do that for my own good. It's better this way. Barulah ala-ala perempuan Melayu terakhir -_________-

But this 4 months ++ holiday is really making me screaming in boredom weh. Being at home every freaking day doing the same freaking things has gotten on my nerves. Duhh. Nak keluar pun I don't have that many friends. Thank God I'm now in KL for a while.

After watching how that someone wore contact lenses the other day, and he seemed confused to tell which side is the wrong side and which side is the right one (HAHA comel je), I've decided to share something with you guys about contact lenses (since I've been wearing them for 4 years now, angkuh la kan dah pro -..-)

Ramai sebenarnya umat manusia yg takut dengan benda-benda yg libatkan mata ni. Dorang rasa macam buang tebiat je kalau masukkan benda dalam mata. Mesti kau fikir lens tu macam kaca pastu bila kau masukkan takut terguris biji mata kau calar plak, kan kan? Lagi lagi kalau kuku tajam pastu tercucuk plak yeahhhhhh tu diaaaa! Mesti fikir gitu kan? Yeay samalah kte -_______-

The thing is, you don't have to be afraid to try IF you think you don't have hygiene issues. And memory problems.

First things first. Beli lens yang diluluskan oleh Jakim yg ada cop halal atas lens tu yg bila kau pakai orang boleh nampak simbol ha-lam alif-lam di situ sebagai bukti kehalalannya. Tak faham? Maksudnya, beli lah lens yang dia jual kat kedai spects tu, elakkan beli kat majalah sekolah, pasar malam mahupun Fesbuk. Lagi-lagi yg boleh pakai sampai setahun tu, memang tak tercapai dek akalku. Fikir lah berapa banyak bacteria terkumpul? Biar mahal sikit der, daripada buta, mana kau nak?

1. Wash your hands first. Kalau ada sabun Dettol ke Protex lagi elok. Tak perlu la nak scrub bagai, cuci sudah.

2. After cuci lens tu, angkat lens guna jari telunjuk, jari tengah pun bolehh tapi jangan angkat tinggi- tinggi takut orang salah faham. Bila lens dah kat atas jari, figure out which side is the wrong side and the right side. It doesn't make much difference if you wear them wrong though. You'll just feel a bit uncomfortable and you probably won't be able to see well. Macam mana nak kenalpasti? See below.

3. Wear the same lens on the same eye. Contoh, pakai lens A kat mata kanan, lens B kat mata kiri. So sampai expiry date pun kau pakai macam tu lah jangan mengada nak tukar- tukar. Ini disebabkan............taktau lah kenapa. Haha. Something to do with bacteria lah ikut logik akal kan.

4. Pakai lens antara 8-10 jam sehari seelok-eloknya. Or a maximum of 14 hours a day. Kalau rasa dah kering and pedih- pedih tu cepat-cepat bukak and bersihkan k?

5. Store the lenses inside the contact lens case. Bukannya dalam botol air adik kau mahupun balang kuih raya mak kau. Bekas lens harus ditukar 3 bulan sekali. Jangan pulak pakai the same case dari raya tahun ni sampai raya tahun depan kalau ye pun nak berjimat cermat ye.

6. Never use tap water to clean your lenses! Use sterile solutions to remove bacteria. Jangan guna air liur je nak bersihkan, kau ingat setem? Clean BOTH sides of the lenses. Jangan malas- malas, babab kang.

7. Clean your contact lens by rubbing it gently using your index finger. Letak lens atas tapak tangan, belai dengan penuh kasih sayang macam belai baby. Jangan sental pakai berus gigi, nanti pecah lens tu kau beli lah lagi habiskan RM 70 (colour).

8. Don't sleep with contact lenses in your eyes, no matter how tired you are. Kalau tidur-tidur ayam 2-3 jam takpe lagi, aku selalu buat, insyaAllah selamat. Hehe. Tidur malam yang confirm kau bangun tengahari esok tu yang tak boleh. Kalau nak try jugak takpe, try lah, no hal.

9. Don't share your lenses with anyone if you don't want to get infections. Tak kira lah kalau adik kau nak pinjam kejap nak camwhoring nak bagi mata nampak macam burung hantu ke, or kakak kau nak drive tak nampak sebab spects dia tertinggal ke, tak payah bagi pinjam.

10. Tak payah pakai contact lens kalau benda kat atas pun kau tak dapat buat. Sayangi mata anda sebagaimana dia menyayangi anda. Whatthe? -.-

When you know you don't have much time left, and you know you're going to leave your loved ones and never going to see them again, well not in this world, and the fact that you won't be able to see the sunlight once you woke up someday.
Yes, I know from the moment we're born, we're destined to die, eventually. We, each one of us. But until the day comes, we'll never know exactly when or how. At least it doesn't make us count the days and hours.
But cancer patients? What other choice is there but to hope?

Siblings. We don't necessarily have things in common.
We show different attitudes, we don't share the same taste, we don't all agree with each other on something. It's normal lah kan. Eh ni apahal rojak plak ni. Haha.

As in my family, kakak always have this passion towards anything related to Japan.
She likes Japanese guys cause she thinks they're kawaii (while I don't, well not really). She loves anime and manga.
Ohh wait. I must say, she's addicted to anime and manga. She collects loads of manga at home, and she has hell lots of anime DVDs from A-Z, you name it. And Japanese drama too. Dah boleh bukak kedai sewa DVD & komik dah. Bukak kat UMK best ni, selain menguntungkan ia juga baik untuk perkembangan otak si manja.

What more, she loves anime songs more than lagu Negarakuuu tanah tumpahnya darahkuuuu. I remember when I was 6, I used to sing it like this. "Negaraku, tanah tumpah negarakuuu" hahaha yelah masa tu bodoh- bodoh lagi mana faham, tau nyanyi je -_______-
Haa tengok, tengok. Kan dah tersasar jauh. Ini semua salah anime. Okay continue. You can say 70% of her music folder in her handphone and lappy are all anime songs. Kira pencuri yang anti anime kalau curi akan berasa menyesal lah lantas memulangkannya ke balai polis.
She can write in Katakana and understands them as well. Tulis je tapi tak faham nenek aku pun boleh. Haha. And and she can draw anime awesomely. By awesomely, I mean cantik macam I, aww. Hahaha sila lah lempang sekarang.

While my so called twin, she's really into Korean stuff. K-pop bagai. Kalau kat rumah tu dia bukak channel apa haa yg Korean joget-joget tu, memang orang lain yang tak minat k-pop macam I akan terasa dizalimi kerana terseksa jiwa dan raga melihat dan mendengar hiburan melalaikan seumpama itu. Haha melampau sungguh description kau Lina. Yang kau tengok Supernatural sampai "oh handsomenya oh handsomenya" tengok Jensen Ackles tu bukan hiburan melalaikan namanya? Eh kantoi pulak kte minat Jensen Ackles. Hehe ♥
Ehem, so berbalik kepada my sis tadi. She loves Korean guys cause she thinks they're super cute, which most of the time I don't agree with. See? Different thoughts. Although having said that, I like Super Junior though. But I'm just not a big fan. My sister loves dancing to Kpop too. And she laughed at me when I can't do the moves. Tak kenang budi. Aku layan kau menari pun dah cukup baik -..-
Her folders in her phone basically consist of photos of those oppas ke opah ikut mu lah, and korean songs. Kalau aku nak bluetooth lagu pun terpaksa batalkan niat sebab tak selera tengok pilihan lagu yang ada.

I pulak, I pulak. As for me, I dengar lagu- lagu berunsurkan kerohanian jeee macam lagu Menanti di Alam Barzakh tu. Fuhhhh memang syahdu dan menimbulkan keinsafan wooo tapi tak jugak pakai tudung. Tak ke bodoh -.- Favourite band plak memang dari dulu sampai loni, tak lain dan tak bukan mestilah Raihan, Rabbani, UNIC, ohh mari bersama kita jalinkan kasih sayang sesama insan. Haa tengok, kan dah ternyanyi. Fanatik sangat dah ni. Haha. Handsome guys in my opinion, yang macam Asyraf Imam Muda. So whatever it is, no matter how much you dislike other people's tastes and opinions, learn to show your respect other than complaining. You can't tell people what they should and shouldn't like, you can't ask them to agree with you each time. We're all different and differ in every aspect. Terima jelahhhh kan. Macam kawan-kawan yang boleh terima aku makan roti bakar sapu jam & mayonnaise at the same time.

It hit on me pretty hard. We, simple people with humble backgrounds and have no talent to spare, are not exceptionally bright, have no excuse to stop whatever that we're doing as much as we hate it. Being 20 years old now, I'm not sure of what I'm capable of.
I realized that I'm not really a talkative person, especially to people I'm not close with. I don't normally express my feelings in front of people, so I have this tendency to write everything
on my blog or something. It's pathetic how I write a lot, but when it comes to conversations, I have nothing to say. It's awkward when I told myself to talk and talk and talk but I ended up being silent cause I'm in lack of ideas.
And it's even more awkward how I can transform to someone else when I'm surrounded by my close friends, or my family. I can be very hyper and crazy and I talk a lot, although 90% of the things that come out from my mouth are nonsense and utterly stupid. I just don't get it why I'm like this.

I was browsing through a folder saved on the computer. No matter it's on the home
computer or my own lappy, I always have this folder which stores images and pictures I like.
It somehow reflects. Apart from what you see of me everyday, in the campus,
walking on the street, in the car, in the bookshop, or anywhere, I think there is an inclination for me to behave differently from what I want to be portrayed or what I really am.
I don't know if it is normal, the status quo of every human being,
or is it that human nature just made us the way we are? Always two- sided, paranoid,

Holidays babyyy!
Exam's done. I'm so done for.
While some of my friends were expecting me to respond their 'mesti kau boleh jawab kan' questions
with 'haah, kacang gila wa cakap luuuu', sorry, that didn't happen.
I don't know, maybe UMK was just fooling around with us, experimenting with this year's questions since last year's questions were much more.... erm how to put this? Acceptable? Yes.
While this year punya questions, for Maths especially, and Accounting, macam harammm.
Seperti biasa, aku merapek meraban membalun sesedap rasa. Maaf ayahanda & bonda, anakanda tidak rasa anakanda boleh dekan this sem. However, I shouldn't give up hope.

So as a reply to this, I'm gonna write something about her, since I have a lot of time to kill right now.

Masa daftar kat Matrics dulu, dapat practicum Fizik 38 kalau tak silap, sama practicum lah kitorang. Kitorang tak puas hati sebab dapat Sains Fizikal. Walaupun result SPM aku Fizik lebih hebat sikit berbanding Bio, tu tidak bermakna aku suka Fizik. Fizik lah subjek aku paling banyak failed dulu. Kahkah (nak bagitau jugak tuuu).
Then kitorang mintak transfer to Sains Hayat. Alhamdulillah dapat. Kalau aku teruskan Fizik rasanya 1st sem je dah kena kick out pointer tak cukup -____-

Ohh berbalik kepada Farahin, subjek sebenar kita.
Ein, kau sedar tak kau ni pun suka bergaya hah? Cakap orang je.
Selalunya baju yang kau minat, aku memang berkenan lah.
Dan baju yang aku minat, kau pun minat.
Maknanya di sini, taste kita lebih kurang sama :)
Kau pandai, masa kat Matrik aku tak suka kalau kau tanya pointer aku berapa sebab dah sah2 pointer aku sikit tak pernah pun cecah 3 so tak boleh nak berlagak dengan kau yang pointernya memang sentiasa 3 above. Terasa diri sangat bodoh ketika itu. Haha (tipu, sekarang pun masih rasa). Kau memang boleh masuk dengan aku, sama- sama gila kaaan. Rindu zaman lepak Cafe C dengan kau minum ice blended. Kau kan suka ice blended sebab boleh kumpul straw besar tu nak buat besarkan lubang hidung. Haha. Ein, Ein. Bilalah kau nak matang.

Ingat lagi masa aku kelentong kau, cakap aku dah tunang time cuti sem. Siap mms gambar tunang dengan hantaran semua sebagai bukti. Kau dapat tahu je, terus call aku. Kau marah gila time tu, cakap aku dah gila, tunang masa still belajar. Mati- mati kau percaya kan. So dah terbuktilah bakat lakonan aku memang mantap lagi effective. Dah boleh apply jadi pelakon Kak Limah Balik Kampung 2. In the end, aku tak sampai hati nak teruskan penipuan tu bila dah tersebar dalam kuliah yang aku dah tunang. Haha kau lah ni pegi gembar gembur, malu I.

Kau jugak pandai melukis & design kasut comel- comel. Aku suka lukisan kau yang memang kalau budak 5 tahun tengok akan berasa gembira. Haha. InsyaAllah, dalam cuti ni kita prepare everything for the blogshop k :)

Till then. Walaupun kita dah lama tak jumpa, aku takkan lupa kau lah Ein :D

Often in life, I feel stupid. Feel like a total idiot.
I question myself why is it like this and why isn't it like that.
This semester really stressed me out. Especially when I'm expecting something
higher but in the end I screw everything up so bad.
Why are you like this Lina? T__T

I'm so not confident with the coming papers.
Marketing & Accounting, lowwww carry marks wtf.
I'm such a loser. Loser. Loser. Shoot, I can rant the whole night if this isn't the exam week.

Although having said that, I'm thankful that I have more than one person who care about me and willing to be my crying shoulder :')
Thank you Dinie, Zu, Zatie, Tona, Elias and Wawa for not letting me cry even harder.
Thank you for the support and helps.
And thank you Syafiq for the jokes and for making me believe there's still hope.
You know you're capable of making me laugh even when I really don't feel like laughing.

So let's forget about the damn carry marks and focus on the exam.
Although it's kind of hard to be listed in Dean List again this sem, there's nothing wrong with trying.

I'm sorry I'm kinda having a random-thoughts-vomit going on. Something like a word vomit but words pertaining with random stupid thoughts I'm having right now. It's a word vomit moment, only that it's in letters that I'm typing, without having to say anything out since I'm all alone in this room sob sob. Ahh I'm craving Auntie Anne's cinnamon pretzel with the caramel dippppppp nomnomnomm. Just thinking of it makes my mouth water. The last time I ate it I was with my sister. Some people said it's not halal. No I'm not talking about my sister. The last time I checked, I know she's pretty much halal though. Hahahaha *okay you can shut up now Lina. Gotta do research regarding this halal issue. Okay I'm sure I'm not sure what I'd just typed for the last couple of minutes.
And know what else am I craving? A big cold glass of milk. Ohh speaking of milk, it reminds me of cats.

Cats. It's not like I'm scared of them. Neither do I hate them.I'm just not that kind of girl who loves to play with cats and kiss them and put them on the bed you sleep on. In my family, I'm like the only person who doesn't like cats. And the rest of them, they go nuts when it comes to cats. Apakah? Adakah aku anak angkat? Period.
I just can't stand the way they rub up themselves against me. I don't like hyper-active cats that attack everything when they see any movements. I can't even move my fingers for God sake. And I hate when they are running around the house, knocking things off of tables, scratching things and making whatever noise they can. And I don't normally touch them cause I'm aware that they are stooping around in their own shit. Oh my *_____*

However, the only cat I could stand (I guess) is Gendut, a persian cat we adopted a few years back. Dia gemuk dan pemalas, saya suka (puji sikit so that she won't attack me). The other persian cat we adopted is Bobo, but he's too active, so shoo shooh!

Study week. Which supposed to mean a week to study, right?
So yeahhh, I sacrifice my homesickness, not to go home.
Konon macam study je, padahal -________-
Dah 2 bulan lebih tak balik. Wow I'm a tough girl now.
Tak balik sebab fikir nak exam? Wow look who's talking.
My head had probably hit something real hard.

I notice some changes in me. Some changes, and the rest stays.
Compare to what I were few years back, I like my new self better.
Life in boarding school, matriculation and now university, they differ a lot.
And that changed me from time to time.

Dulu masa kat science school and matric, kalau boleh every week nak balik (Ehh tiba-tiba BM haha). Even kalau bukan minggu balik pun mula lah buat surat mintak nak balik lah, fly lah, yang penting balik. Antara balik rumah dan study, sudah semestinya balik lagi penting. Kahkah no wonder lah result macam harommm -______- Kini, keutamaan diberi pada studies. No more call mak nangis- nangis nak balik pastu siap cakap kalau tak dapat balik taknak study. Padahal balik ke tak balik memang sah sah kau tak study.

Dulu masa kat science school and matrics, suka langgar rules. Rasa puas gila lah dapat buat dajal. Kat hostel tak boleh bawa phone, bawa juga. Keluar kena hantar kad outing, tak hantar. Tak boleh balik, no hal lah mari kte fly. Riadah wajib turun, tak turun pun nyorok kat dorm senyap- senyap siap makan biskut apa semua sambil conteng katil (super duper junior dormku, sila lihat bawah katil, ada amanat. Haha). Kini, dah takde felai felaiii dah sebab memang takde guard jaga pagar kolej so kau nak keluar 8 malam balik pukul 5 pagi pun takde sape kisah. Tapi saya tak buat, saya kan baikkkk.

Dulu kat matric tak pernah gantung kad matrik kat leher sebab macam skema gila. Kini almost everyday gantung kad matrik kat leher, siap tak tukar tali biru UMK tu sampai kakak tengok gambar pun tegur "Apahal skema sangat kau?". Well, saya kan baikkkk.

Dulu kat matric kalau skip kelas suruh kawan tolong signkan. Kini tidak lagi. Maksud saya bukan tak skip kelas lagi. Tapi kalau skip pun biar gitu je tak payah suruh orang signkan. Konon nak tanggung sendiri lah taknak libatkan orang. Saya kan baikkkk.

Dulu kat matric, dalam kelas selalu duduk belakang. Sebab senang nak main phone bila boring. Lepas tu senang nak tidur dan kacau orang sebelah. Kini, time lecture rajin duduk row paling depan haha amik kau. Tapi duduk depan pun tidur juga kadang- kadang. Hihii

Dulu kat matric, kalau ada apa-apa program memang tak pergi. Pergi jugaklah kadang- kadang tu pun halfway je pastu balik pergi lepak cafe. Kini sama juga. Hahaha

Dulu kat matric nak pergi mana- mana mesti berteman walhal ke toilet sekalipun. Kini jalan sorang itu perkara biasa. Syabas.

Dulu kat matric dah makan minum kat bilik mesti suruh kawan basuhkan sebab memang menyampah & malas gila basuh pinggan kihkih. Kini masih lagi malas tapi basuh sendiri amalan mulia :') Saya kan baikkkk.

Dulu kat matric pantang nampak lelaki handsome mesti pandang sampai nak juling mata. Kini hanya pandang 3 saat. Atau lebih sikit. 'Lebih sikit' mungkin bermaksud lebih seminit. Mungkin lah kan.

Dulu kalau ada tak puas hati ke apa mesti pendam tak berani cakap. Orang pijak kepala pun iyekan je. Selalu suruh orang lain buat decision. Kini kirim salam lah kau nak pijak kepala.

Dulu baik, sekarang lagi baikkkk. Haha senyap lah kau tak habis- habis baik. Kbai.

Tak tak, itu bukan resit saya. Itu resit Zureen. Omg Zu kaya gila dah sekarang,
hasil penat lelah rompak kedai Pak Mat tempe.
Tak perlu lagi makan nasi bujang. Kini beliau mampu makan di Pizza Hut 5 kali sehari.
Lepas ni semua orang sibuk nak kenal dengan kau, Zu. Percayalah. Haha
Sape berminat nak kenal, boleh hubungi saya selaku PA dia.

Syarat-syarat penyertaan:

1. Lelaki. Berusia antara 20- 27 tahun. Ini syarat wajib.
2. Kacak, segak bergaya. Ini pun wajib.
3. Tidak kencing berdiri. Sathish, jangan kecewa. Cuba lagi.
4. Mengamalkan gaya pemakanan yang sihat seperti burger 5 bijik untuk breakfast dan tidak lupa juga at least 1 litre air gas sehari.
5. Kemas. Rambut harus sikat belah tengah, letak minyak rambut sebotol wajib sehingga bersinar. Jika botak, cukuplah hanya letak setengah botol.
6. Tidak ada bulu kaki.
7. Pandai nyanyi lagu kegemaran Zu, Jai Ho. Versi tamil, bukan Pussycat Doll punya tu. Kini Sathish bersemangat kembali.
8. Mampu membuat Zu gelak sampai terkencing tanpa menggeletek.
9. Beg ke kelas harus bergaya. Bagasi beroda adalah yang terbaik.
10. Hidung wajib mempunyai dua lubang sahaja.
11. Mempunyai lesen kapal terbang. Ini untuk memudahkan Zu keluar shopping dengan jet peribadinya.
12. Mempunyai sifat terpuji seperti meminta maaf apabila terkentut walaupun tiada bunyi.
13. Mampu menandingi kecomelan Lina. Ye, ini memang Zu yang suruh tulis. Saya hanya menjalankan tugas.
14. Mampu makan cekodok babun. Ini merupakan masakan kegemaran Zu.
15. Seboleh- bolehnya tidak merokok. Jika merokok, harus pastikan 35 batang sekaligus. Kasi penuh mulut, baru cool.
16. Mendapat sekurang- kurangnya 95 markah dalam Matematik Tahun 1.
17. Tidak cerewet. Harus redha dengan masakan Zu.
18. Menghormati orang tua seperti Zu.
19. Pandai main congkak dan batu seremban.
20. Tidak banyak mencarut. Bermakna boleh mencarut.

Last night was fun. Tengah risau- risau pun masih sempat bergumbira. Balik dari pasar malam around 8:30 pm tengok blok UMK dah gelap then ramai- ramai kumpul kat futsal court ada pesta tanglung. Haha. Lilin actually.Saya pun macam "Wahh, ini menarik. Ada free candles and food. Itu yang saya mahuuu! Jom kita ke sana~!" Dah macam iklan Jom Heboh dah. Tak sangka ada bakat jadi pengacara :') Saya patut apply Mass Com. Sesampainya di futsal court, semua orang mula mengeluarkan DSLR mahal masing-masing dengan amat bergaya sekali. Saya hanya mampu mengeluarkan Cybershot, itupun handphone dan bukan camera. Dengan perasaan amat merendah diri, amik gambar cepat- cepat dan memblahkan diri. Hihi.

Sambil- sambil cuci mata (tengok lilin la, bukan lelaki handsome, bukan. hehe), kitorang dihiburkan dengan segerombolan budak lelaki including Acap, Ayad dan maaf, yang lain saya tak kenal. Dorang main gitar and other instruments sambil nyanyi lagu Hijau. Omg best and sesuai gila dengan suasana romantik malam tu rasa nak record je tapi nanti takut dorang macam "apahal budak ni" so tak jadi lah. Haha. Good job everyone :) After that, balik bilik. Bukak pintu je saya terus "Ni sape yang bukak lampu ni?! Earth Hour tau tak??" Rupanya lampu meja sendiri. Before keluar lupa tutup. Hihi. Tak sedar diri. Hope to see more exciting events after this :)

Saya sepatutnya buat assignment accounting sekarang, kena hantar esok shoooot but look what I'm doing now. Beronlineeee siap update blog lagi waddehel is wghong with you?!

Hujan- hujan macam ni best wohhh tidur. Eh tiba-tiba. Tapi sayangnya saya tak tidur petang sebab ayah saya cakap kalau tidur lepas Asar boleh melemahkan otak. Dulu kalau tidur petang je bangun- bangun dah macam orang hilang ingatan, maghrib dengan subuh pun taktau beza. Adik amik kesempatan cakap "Woi bangun! Mandi cepat, dah lambat nak pergi sekolah" lalu saya pun seperti terkena kejutan elektrik, bangun terus pergi mandi. Tak baik dengki orang tengah mamai tau. Adik- adik di rumah, jangan tiru aksi ini kalau taknak kena flying kick dengan abang/kakak korang.
Actually ni dah jauh lari dari topik sebenar ni.

Hujan + pisang goreng = Nikmat kehidupan.
Sape sokong gerakkan telinga sebelah. Heh. Tak reti?

Haritu dalam bus on the way nak pergi kelas kat Padang Tembak, saya dan classmates membincangkan topik ini. Pisang goreng. Yeee, memang topik yang amat sesuai dibincangkan oleh pelajar universiti dalam bus, untuk menunjukkan kematangan diri -.-

"Weh korang makan pisang dengan apa?"

Mestilah dengan tangan kan, amenda lah soalan kau Lina.

Kat Kelantan, orang sini makan pisang goreng dengan sos pencicah keropok tu. SOS weh. Pelik kan kan kan? Angguk cepat! Sape tak angguk dia pondan. Haha
Kalau kat Johor, makcik- makcik yang jual pisang goreng kat tepi jalan semua mesti bagi kuah kicap untuk makan dengan pisang tu. Kuah kicap bukan macam yang mak kau buat ayam masak kicap tu, bukan. Ni macam sambal kicap la. Ada yang buat pedas, ada yang manis.
Sedapppp. Tapi bila saya cakap kat budak- budak ni, dorang macam
"Eeee kau lagi pelik. Kicap dengan pisang goreng? Hisy. Mengarut gila. Tak boleh, tak boleh"
Okay aku rasa macam nak angkut dorang balik Johor time tu jugak untuk merasa kenikmatannya.

As far as I know, Selangor KL pun some areas makan dengan kuah kicap jugak right? Negeri Sembilan pun sama, Sathish cakap.
So Kelantan jelah ni yang tak pernah dengar. Kesian mereka. Hahahha
Although having said that, sebenarnya terpulang pada individu tu lah nak makan dengan apa pun, perut kau kan. Taktau lah origin dari mana, tapi ada jugak orang makan pisang goreng dengan susu pekat. Seriously. Saya pun pernah try. Sedap. Hehe

So lepas ni makcik- makcik bolehlah tukar pencicah tu, improvise sikit.
Mungkin boleh buat pisang goreng cicah budu nyum nyum perhh sodapp tuuu haha ataupun pisang goreng cicah coklat, atau mayonnaise atau jam steghobeghii atau cicah air kopi mahupun milo dan teh. Okay balik nanti harus cuba.

Woke up at 7:30 a.m although I knew I was supposed to be at the hall at 8 for a programme. Dah terbangun pukul 6 tapi mata tak boleh nak bukak so ingat macam "Jap lagi lah bangun, 6:30 okay, 6:30" yang sememangnya hangat-hangat tahi unta. End up terlajak terus kau, padan muka. And another thing spoiled my mood. Air takde, hampas betul. Memang melemahkan semangat aku yang tiba-tiba rajin nak pergi program ntah hape yang selama ni memang harapan jelah aku nak pergi. Dah la baru bangun tidur, tahu jelah kan orang baru bangun ni memang emo sikit, nak senyum pun payah even kalau Justin Bieber ada depan mata. Hihii tipuu, kalau Justin Bieber ada depan mata secara otomatik terus senyum simpul kenyit- kenyit mata gulung- gulung rambut.

Selepas setengah jam mencari air, barulah dapat mandi berbekalkan dua baldi di mana dua- dua ialah baldi curi. Haha eh tak tak, baldi pinjam.
Dah alang-alang lambat biar lambat terus, bak kata Zatie. Bagus prinsip beliau, memang patut diamalkan selalu untuk kesejahteraan.
Akhirnya saya tiba di dewan pada pukul 9. VIP memang macam tu.

Sambung tidur atas kerusi pula.

Pukul berapa ntah Encik Sunshine call mintak no IC. Shoot, lupa harini pendaftaran subjek untuk next sem. "Nak Mandarin, nak Mandarin, nak Mandarin", saya berzikir dalam hati. Haha hotakkau sape ajar zikir macam tu.

Kelas Mandarin for FKP dah full. Okay serious dah berair dah mata. Hari yang sangat tak best. Shoot shoot shoot shoot, zikir lagi dalam hati. Rasa macam nak bermusuhan je dengan sape yang mengfullkan subjek tu. Tapi gewe sendiri salah seorang dari mereka, so terpaksa batalkan niat. Hehe

In the end yang tinggal hanyalah bahasa Vietnam & Kemboja -..-
Arab, German, Jepun semua full. Thailand pun full gila lah tak sangka budak UMK mencintai bahasa Thailand. Mesti pengaruh kedai Siam ni hari- hari pasang TV channel Siam. Baguslah korang amik Thailand, lepas ni makan kat kedai Siam tengok TV pun dah boleh faham dah. Haha

Selepas beberapa jam berkejaran ke sana sini dengan kawan-kawan, akhirnya dapat permission dari pengarah untuk join Mandarin. Woohooooo gumbira amat. Alhamdulillah :D
Nasib baik dapat. Goodluck pada students yang terpaksa amik bahasa Kemboja. God bless you.

Time really flies man. Second semester is about to end.
Another two weeks of lectures and the study week is next.
And meaning to say about four weeks left before final exam.
FOUR WEEKS, for God sake.

I'm scared out of my wits. I'm worried about Accounting. And Marketing. And Maths.
And urghh waddehel you can say all of the subjects, practically.

I've asked many people about whether it's alright to date a younger man.
Cougar? Old bitch? Desperate? Love? Security?
I don't know, I was critical at the thought of it.
Maybe it's just like homosexuality, or being dumped or being confused or getting divorced.
As much as we don't want it, there are always that two sides to the story, and the moral of the story never really was a moral after all.
And for every little mismatch, we get compensated with a higher dose of love. Right?
